1. BOS and your organization

BOS (Business Operating System) is provided by BOS Solutions d.o.o. Novi Sad, Rada Končara 1, Petrovaradin, Serbia (company registration number 22342231, Serbian tax identification number 116049496). BOS helps organizations manage operational work. Your organization may provide your account, set your role and decide which features and records you can access. Commercial terms, service scope and any service levels agreed with your organization are governed by its separate agreement with BOS.

2. Your account

Use your own credentials, protect them and notify your organization's administrator or BOS Support if access may be compromised. Access may be changed or deactivated by an authorized organization administrator. Deactivation does not by itself delete an account or associated data.

3. Acceptable use and content

Use BOS for lawful business purposes and enter information you are authorized to handle. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access or upload harmful content. Your organization remains responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions for the business content it enters.

4. Features and integrations

Available features depend on your organization's configuration and agreement. Integrations may depend on third-party services and their own terms. Descriptions on this website are general information and do not replace a signed service agreement.

5. Availability and changes

BOS may require maintenance or technical updates. We may change features and documentation as the service evolves, subject to any applicable agreement with your organization.

6. Privacy and support

See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling. For technical help, access requests, privacy questions or account deletion, use the BOS Support Center . Account deletion can be requested from the public support page even without app access.

7. Website content and inquiries

Website content is for information about BOS. It does not create a contract or guarantee a specific result. Sending a contact inquiry begins communication; it does not create a service agreement.

8. Updates to these terms

The current version is published on this page. Material changes to the service may also be communicated through appropriate channels under your organization's agreement.
